How to activate Taxmee Desktop
Follow these steps after Google login or email signup. Your Taxmee password is separate from your Gmail password.

1. Login or sign up
Use Google login or create an account with your email address.
2. Add mobile number
Open Profile Settings and save your registered mobile number.
3. Create Taxmee password
Create a separate Taxmee password for portal and desktop login.
4. Download desktop app
Install the Windows setup and open Taxmee Desktop.
5. Activate software
Login in the desktop app with the same email, mobile number, and Taxmee password.

Taxmee collects only the information required to provide activation, billing, support, and compliance services. Contact and profile data are used for onboarding, communication, and service delivery. Taxmee does not access your Gmail password, and Taxmee password remains separate.
Refund Policy
Paid subscriptions are provisioned digitally after approval and activation workflow. Refund requests, if any, are reviewed case by case for duplicate payments, failed provisioning, or billing errors. Free trial access remains free and expires automatically.
